February Players of the Month Announced

Congratulations to the Region 20 Players of the Month for February, 2026. The Region recognized five student-athletes from five member institutions for excellence on the court in February.

DI Women's Basketball
Caryne Nelson, Fr., F, Harford
Nelson averaged 33 minutes per game in February, averaging 14 points and 9.6 rebounds per game. She recorded double-doubles in three games, and posted four games with 10+ rebounds.  Nelson had a career-high 23 points to go with nine rebounds at Montgomery on February 11.

DII Women's Basketball
Jada Ward, So., G, Beaver County
Ward led the Titans with 26.3 points per game in February, recording three double-doubles in six games. She led CCBC in field goal percentage (48.9%), while dishing an average 7.2 assists per game to go with 3.8 steals and 9.8 rebounds per game as Beaver County went 5-1 in the month.

DI Men's Basketball
Jaylen Brown, So., G, Allegany
Brown averaged 18.2 points per game in February, helping the Trojans go 9-2 in the month and capture the Region 20 DI regular season title and the number two seed in the Region 20/East District tournament. Brown shot 51.2% from the floor, sank 52 of 53 free throws (98.1%), and scored in double figures in all but one game in the month. He added 5.3 assists and 2.8 steals per game while turning the ball over less than twice per game.

DII Men's Basketball
Ian Pascal, So., G, Montgomery
Pascal averaged 23.7 points per game on 54.1% shooting for the Raptors in February. He added 5.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and two steals per game. Pascal scored 23+ points in seven of 11 games in the month, scoring a career-high of 37 points while shooting 75% (15-20) at Washington Adventist on February 8th. He scored 34 points on 76.9% shooting, including a 6-of-7 performance from three-point range, in a key late-season Region win at Cecil on February 25th.

DIII Men's Basketball
Victor Raymond, So., C, Penn Highlands
Raymond recorded three double-doubles in five games for the Black Bears in February. He averaged a double-double with 14.4 points and 10.4 rebounds per game. Raymond scored 27 points to go with 16 rebounds and five blocks against Butler County on February 12th.
